The exclusive rate isn't a promo. It's structural.
We don't run rate teasers. The lower rate exists because of how the mortgage is structured around the purchase: insured transfers, qualifying conditions, lender relationships built over a decade of volume. Most walk-in clients can't access these arrangements because they aren't tied to a real estate transaction we control.
On the discovery call we confirm whether your situation qualifies. If it doesn't, we'll still place you at the best market rate our network supports, and tell you plainly that it isn't the exclusive rate.
