  • RECO licensed

    Currently registered or transferring within the next 90 days.

  • Experience preferred

    Two or more years closing in Ontario. New agents considered case-by-case.

  • Client-first mindset

    You'd rather over-prepare a file than over-sell yourself.

  • Comfortable with rigour

    Every file you write goes through a CPA, a lawyer, and a mortgage broker. That should sound like a feature, not friction.

What you get

The case for choosing Opus.

  • 100% commission with integrated services

    Base split is 95/5. When your client uses our in-house lawyer and mortgage broker, it moves to 100/0 and the brokerage is paid through the integrated services. A flat $1,000 brokerage fee applies to files that close without an integrated service.

  • Mortgage referral bonus

    When your buyer places their mortgage through our FSRA-licensed broker, you earn a bonus of up to $2,000 on top of your commission, depending on the product.

  • Recruitment bonuses

    Bring another agent to Opus and you earn the brokerage's share of their commission on their first three closed deals. No cap on referrals.

  • Automated offer generation

    OREA 100 and the rest of the paperwork are generated by the platform, not retyped. Clients can draft offers themselves, you review and sign off.

    A real estate lawyer and a FSRA-licensed mortgage broker on every file you write, with live platform access, not a referral list.
